摘要
目的评价泛昔洛韦联合1%氢化可的松乳膏治疗单纯疱疹的疗效及安全性。方法 74例单纯疱疹患者随机分成两组,治疗组(38例)予口服泛昔洛韦500mg,同时予1%氢化可的松乳膏外搽,均3次/d,连用5d;对照组(36例)仅予泛昔洛韦口服联合赋形剂治疗。结果用药后第7和10d时,治疗组的痊愈率为78.95%和89.47%,对照组为55.56%和69.44%;治疗组有效率为86.84%和97.37%,对照组为66.67%和77.78%;治疗组平均止疱时间、开始结痂时间、全部结痂时间、症状消失时间和治愈平均时间分别为(1.3±1.1)d,(2.3±1.4)d,(3.6±1.6)d,(3.7±1.5)d和(5.6±1.7)d;对照组依次为(1.9±1.2)d,(3.0±1.5)d,(4.5±1.6)d,(4.7±1.7)d和(6.6±1.6)d。治疗组均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组均无严重不良反应发生。结论局部应用糖皮质激素联合抗病毒药物治疗单纯疱疹安全有效。但还需要更多的临床试验来证实。
Objective To study the efficacy and safety of combination famciclovir and hydrocortisone 1% cream in the treatment of herpes simplex. Methods Totally 74 patients with herpes simplex were randomly divided into 2 groups, sex matched control group was made. The treatment group （38 cases） was treated with famciclovir （500 mg 3 x/day,po for 5 days ）combined with topical glucocortieosteroid（hydrocortisone 1% cream 3 x/day, for 5 days ） ,and the control group （36 cases ）was treated with famciclovir and topical vehicle. The efficacy and safety were evaluated. Results At day 7 and 10, the cure rate in the treatment group was 78.95% and 89.47% respectively, and in the control group was 55.56% and 69.44% respectively, the effective rate in the treatment group was 86.84% and 97.37% respectively, and in the control group was 66.67% and 77.78% respectively. The mean time to the cessation of new vesicle, initial crusting, complete crusting, symptom disappearing and cure in the treatment group was（1.3 ±1.1） days, （2.3 ±1.4） days, （3.6 ±1.6） days, （3.7± 1.5） days, and （5.6 ± 1.7） days respectively, and in the control group was （ 1.9 ± 1.2） days, （3.0 ± 1.5） days, （4.5 ± 1.6） days, （4.7 ± 1.7） days, and （6.6 ± 1.6） days. The treatment group was better than those of the control group （ all P 〈 0. 05 ）. There were no serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups. Conclusion Topical glucocorticosteroid in combination with an oral antiviral agent may be safe and beneficial for treatment of Herpes Simplex. Larger clinic studies need to confirm this ap- proach.
