摘要
目的探讨移植肾长期存活的相关因素。方法随访1986年-2001年尸体肾移植患者500例,分析人/肾存活10年以上患者的相关资料。结果 10年以上存活率为47%(235/500)。有2例存活已23年。结论血型相同、良好配型、供肾者年轻、饮食有效管理、移植后1年内平稳过渡、移植后阶段正确处理及中医中药介入干预慢性排斥都是是肾移植后长期存活的重要因素。
Objective To study the factors for long-term survival after renal transplatation. Methods A total 500 patients underwent renal transplantation from 1986 to 2001 was followed up. Data of 235 cases survived more than 10 years were analyzed. Results The 10-year survival rate of 500 patients underwent renal transplantation was 47%. Two patients have been survived for 23 years. Conclusion The factors of same blood type, well matched, yonger donor, effective management of diet, smooth transition, right treatment in the first year after transplantation and intervened with traditional Chinese medicine for chronic rejection are all important for long-term survival.
