摘要
分析了国产泡沫玻化陶瓷砖防腐存在的问题,对比不同防腐材料之间的差异,最终选择了宾高德防腐内衬技术。从防腐原理、底层涂料的涂装、材料的配制和泡沫玻璃砖的贴衬四个方面对宾高德防腐内衬技术进行介绍,并对比分析了两种防腐系统的主要区别,并经理论计算分析了截面变化对烟气流速和压力所造成的影响。
It takes a power plant as an example and focus on the study of different chimney flue partial repair methods. With comparing the performance of differentsystems,finally Pennguard block system had been select- ed. It introduced Pennguard block system from corrosion protection mechanisms,primering, material preparation and PG block application. It also compared two systems, studied the influence of intersecting surface change on gas velocity and pressure.
