摘要
阐述了卫生瓷产品CAD系统的开发方法及其采用的关键技术。该CAD系统实现了产品实体造型与性能分析的无缝集成。其交互式造型模块和参数化造型模块分别满足了新产品和系列产品的设计要求。流道分析模块为流道优化设计提供理论依据 ,通过对用户所设计的流道进行分析计算 ,为流道的修改提供决策支持 ,达到提高坐便器性能的目的。
This paper sets forth the key technique and developing method of CAD for sanitary products .The system realized the integration between solid modeling and the analysis of property.The module of interaction modeling is suitable for design of new products, and the module of parametric modeling is suitable for design of serial products. The module of pipes' analysis provided theoretical basis for optimum design.of pipes By means of the calculation and analysis of the pipe designed by user design, the support of decision for modifying pipe can be provided and designers can get high quality products.
