摘要
质量功能展开 (QFD)和统计过程控制 (SPC)分别是产品设计和制造过程的重要质量控制工具。为了获得产品生命周期质量控制的最优化结果 ,提出了基于 QFD和 SPC的产品设计与制造质量控制的集成思想 ,建立了产品制造过程质量控制与 QFD的集成原理和模型。经过应用 ,集成模型能够及时地根据制造质量状况的变化 ,优化和调整产品的设计质量和制造质量的控制要求。
Chinese engineers used to consider product design quality control separately from manufacturing quality control. In order to obtain the optimal quality control, we deem it necessary to consider their interaction. Quality function deployment (QFD) and statistical process control (SPC) are important quality control tools used in product design and manufacturing respectively. QFD gives SPC the requirements for manufacturing quality control that include the size of sample, the methods of sampling, and the monitoring of processes and equipment. The integration we deem necessary is realized through SPC's feedbacking information to QFD; this information is detailed in subsection 2.2 and consistsofdegreeofimportance R_ imp, degree of difficulty R_ dif and degree of proficiency R_ pro; with this information, the results of QFD can be revised to obtain the optimal quality control.
