摘要
从矿井智能瓦斯传感器自动调零和校正灵敏度的机理出发 ,对现场测试结果进行统计分析 ,以求得补偿零点和校正灵敏度的依据。设计了以 80 C31单片机为核心的自动调校系统 ,进行了系统的硬件设计和软件调试 。
The author presents the mechanism of automatic zero adjustment and sensitivity correction of mine intelligence methane sensor. The statistical analysis of the result measured from the underground is adopted as a basis of the compensation for zero point and sensitivity correction. The design of the automatic adjustment and correction system that uses 80C31 single-chip microcomputer as its center is studies. In addition, the hardware circuits design and software programs debugging of the system are mentioned. Meanwhile, the testing results revealed without and with the automatic adjustment and correction system are given.
