摘要
采用柔性轻质抗拉的PET螺旋网作为模型自卸车内衬 ,对 3种不同含水量的黄粘土进行多车次装卸试验 ,并与无柔性内衬情况做了对比。结果表明 :当含水量为 2 0 %左右 ,连续装车次数为 8~ 1 0车时 ,粘附情况最严重。无PET内衬自卸车的粘土量可达总装载量的 50 %左右 ,而采用PET仿生柔性内衬自卸车的粘土量为总装载量的 5%以下。
Soil adhesion tests of the dump truck model are completed in this paper.With three different moisture contents soils,the weight of the model equipped with PET lining and non PET lining is measured.The results show that soil adhesion is the heaviest at 20% in moisture content whether the PET lining is installed or not,while consecutive loading times are 8~10 before cleaning.Adhesion soil weight of the model is 50% of the gross capacity for non PET lining model,and is less than 5% for installing PET lining model.
