摘要
目的了解宜春市近年来儿童预防接种证查验情况，评价信息化建设对查验工作的影响。方法收集2006～2012年宜春市入托人学儿童预防接种证查验及疫苗补种资料，并进行统计分析。结果宜春市2006—2012年入学入托儿童查验预防接种证机构覆盖率由84．79％上升为100．00％，儿童查验率由87．61％上升为99．33％，持证率由86．18％上升为96．89％，疫苗补种率由83．52％上升为90．47％。学校与托幼机构查验覆盖率、儿童查验率、持证率、疫苗全程接种率和疫苗补种率等差异有统计学意义。2010年各接种单位完成信息化建设后，入学入托查验接种证工作各项指标均大幅度提高。结论接种系统信息化建设促进了查验证工作，提高了查验质量，宜春市入学入托预防接种证查验工作取得了明显成绩，建议教育、卫生部门应进一步加强协调与配合，切实做好查验工作。
Objective To understand the inspections of vaccination certificate in recent years in Yichun and evaluate the impact of information construction on the inspections. Methods Data of vaccination certificate inspections and supplementary inoculations among children entering kindergarten and school from 2006 to 2012 were collected in Yichun and implemented with statistical analyzed. Results The coverage rate of institutions inspecting vaccination certificate a- mong children entering kindergarten and school from 2006 to 2012 in Yichun gradually rose from 84.79% to 100.00%. The rates of child inspection,owning certificate and supplementary inoculation were ascended from 87.61% to 99.33%, 86.18% to 96.89%,and 83.52% to 90.47% respectively.There were statistical differences in rates of institution coverage, child inspection,owning certificate,vaccination inoculation,and supplementary inoculation.After accomplishment of infor- mation construction in these institutions since 2010,the indexes of vaccination certificate inspections among children entering kindergarten and school had been greatly improved. Conclusion Information construction of inoculation system promotes the vaccination certificate inspection and quality of inspection.The inspections of vaccination certificate among children entering kindergarten and school in Yichun make remarkable progress.Coordination and cooperation between education department and health department should be further strengthened in order to make a determined effort on inspections.
