摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预在提高产科护理水平中的应用效果。方法选取本院2013年1—7月收治的100例产妇．按入院时间分为观察组（2013年4～7月）与对照组（2013年1～3月），每组50例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上采用综合护理干预，比较两组产妇待产期生活质量、分娩时应激水平、主观幸福感及护理满意度。结果观察组产妇待产期生活质量评分、分娩时SOD水平、主观幸福感和护理满意度评分高于对照组，分娩时MDA水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论综合护理干预可有效提高产科护理水平，改善产妇待产期生活质量及分娩时的应激水平、提高其主观幸福感和护理满意度。
Objective To investigate application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the development of obstetric care level.Methods 100 cases with puerpera in our hospital from January to July 2013 were selected and divided into observation group （April to July 2013）and control group （January to March 2013）,50 cases of each group.Conventional nursing care was used in control group,on the basis of control group,comprehensive nursing intervention was used in observation group.Expectant life quality,stress level during childbirth,subjective well-being and nursing satisfaction was compared in two groups respectively.Results Expectant life quality score,SOD level during childbirth,subjective well- being and nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group respectively,MDA level during childbirth of observation group was lower than that of control group,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conelusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve obstetric care level,expectant life quality,stress level during childbirth, subjective well-being and nursing satisfaction.
