摘要
利用FAIMS(强场非对称波形离子迁移谱)芯片搭建的检测设备,成功实现了对牛奶和奶粉中三聚氰胺的检测。通过金属扩散管和顶空进样装置,以空气为载气,将加热挥发的样品送入检测核心,得到相应的信号,并通过软件转化为对应的谱图;对比含有三聚氰胺的样品和纯样品的谱图,可确定三聚氰胺在谱图上的位置。该设备对不同浓度样品检测结果显示,其精密度低于液相色谱-质谱联用仪,检测信号值与浓度成高度正相关。利用含三聚氰胺样品对设备样机进行量值刻度,在软件中设置报警浓度,实现对乳品中三聚氰胺的快速检测。
The equipment based on Field Asymmetric Waveform Ion Mobility Spectrometry (FAIMS) chip had been established to detect melamine in diary successfully. Sample was heated and evaporated into detect core with air as the carrier gas through metal diffuser tube and headspaee sampler. Signals were collected and transformed into spectrograph. Melamine in diary was confirmed and detected by comparing spectrographs of samples containing and without melamine. The results showed the precision of as-established equipment is lower than LC-MS' s and its signal value proportions to the concentration of melamine. The equipment had been scaled with sample containing melamine and set the alarming concentration, so it can be used for detecting melamine quickly.
