摘要
目的研究新血府逐瘀软胶囊对动脉粥样硬化患者基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrix metalloproteinase 9/MMP-9)及金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂-1(tissue inhibitor of metal protease 1/TIMP-1)的影响,并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法将60例动脉粥样硬化血瘀证患者随机分为对照组(n=30)和治疗组(n=30),对照组予阿托伐他汀钙片,治疗组予阿托伐他汀钙片和新血府逐瘀软胶囊,观察12周。对比两组治疗前后血清MMP-9、TIMP-1水平和血瘀证积分。结果两组自身前后比较,两组MMP-9及血瘀证积分水平均较本组治疗前明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01);TIMP-1水平升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗结束后组间比较,治疗组MMP-9及血瘀证积分水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);TIMP-1水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论新血府逐瘀软胶囊能够降低血清MMP-9的水平,增高TIMP-1水平,降低血瘀证积分,改善动脉粥样硬化患者血瘀征象,具有抗动脉粥样硬化的作用,提示其可能通过降低炎症反应从而抑制动脉粥样硬化。
Objective To study the impacts of Xin Xuefu Zhuyu Capsules on matrix metalloprotein- ase 9 （ MMP - 9 ） and tissue inhibitor of metal protease 1 （ TIMP - 1 ） in the patients of arteriosclerosis （ AS ） and explore the potential function mechanism. Methods Sixty cases of patients of AS differentiated as blood stagnation pattern were randomized into a control group （30 cases）and a treatment group （30 eases ）. In the control group, Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets were prescribed. In the treatment group, Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets and Xin Xuefu Zhuyu Capsules were prescribed. The observation lasted for 12 weeks. The levels of se- rum MMP - 9 and TIMP - 1 and score of blood stagnation pattern were compared before and after treatment between the two groups. Results In self - group comparison before and after treatment, MMP - 9 level and blood stagnation score were reduced obviously after treatment as compared with those before treatment in each group（ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ） and TIMP - 1 level was increased（ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. At the end of treat- ment, in comparison between the two groups, MMP -9 level and Hood stagnation score were lower apparently in the treatment group than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） and TIMP - 1 level was higher obviously than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Xin Xuefu Zhuyu Capsules reduce serum MMP - 9 level,increase TIMP - 1 level, decrease blood stagnation score, relieve blood stagnation symptoms and act on resisting AS in patients. It is suggested that this drug inhibits AS via reducing inflammatory reaction.
