摘要 背景超声成像技术是一种可视化技术,已逐步应用于椎管内麻醉。目的介绍超声应用于椎管内麻醉的特点和优势,并对目前的应用情况进行总结。内容阐述脊柱的超声图片、超声的应用步骤、超声应用的优势、实时超声的应用和超声在小儿的应用。趋向超声用于椎管内麻醉是很实用的,它使得椎管内麻醉能更安全准确的实施。 Background Ultrasound imaging technology is a kind of visible technology. It has been gradually used in intravertebral anesthesia. Objective To introduce the features and advantages of the use of ultrasound in intravertebral anesthesia, and summarize its current applications. Content To elaborate ultrasonic pictures of spine, procedures and advantages of ultrasound application, the application of real-time ultrasound and application of ultrasound in children. Trend Ultrasound is very practical in intravertebral anesthesia and it makes the anesthesia more secure and accurate.
