摘要
矿用隔爆型移动变电站在井下运行的负载率普遍较低,为了降低空载损耗,控制温升,保证矿井的安全生产及节能降耗,采取了选择更合适的硅钢片以及对铁心叠片工艺进行改进的措施。通过对铁心材料和叠片工艺等改进措施后,取得了良好的效果。
The operation load rate is normally low at underground mine flame-proof mobile substation. In order to reduce the zero-load loss, control temperature rise and ensure the safety production and energy saving, chooses the more appropriate silicon steel sheet and takes the improve measures for iron core lamination technics. Through the improvement of iron core materials and lamination technics, the operation gains good effect.
