摘要
目的探讨高原药食两用植物芜菁石油醚提取物对亚急性衰老小鼠免疫器官重量指数、血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、肝组织谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)水平的影响。方法采用10%D-半乳糖10ml/kg小鼠颈背部皮下注射建立衰老模型,同时给予自制的高原植物芜菁醚提取物高剂量40 g·kg-1.d-1、中剂量30 g·kg-1·d-1、低剂量20 g·kg-1·d-1灌胃,并用生理盐水和VE灌胃做对照组,连续42 d。观测对模型小鼠的免疫器官重量指数、血清MDA、SOD、肝组织GSH-Px水平的影响。结果芜菁醚提取物组及VE阳性对照组均能提高衰老小鼠血清SOD和肝组织GSH-Px的活性(P<0.01),降低血清MDA的含量(P<0.01)。因而增加其抗氧化活性,减轻脂质过氧化,促进衰老小鼠胸腺的生长发育,增强机体的免疫能力。其中芜菁醚提取物高中剂量组作用较好。结论高原药食两用植物芜菁醚提取物对10%D-半乳糖造成小鼠衰老模型有较明显的延缓衰老作用。
Objective To explore the influence of plateau medicine and food plant Brassica rapa ether extract on subacute azinemice immune organ weight index, serum malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), liver tissue glutathione peroxi- dase ( GSH - PX) level. Methods Having established the aging model by the cervical subcutaneous injection of 10% D - galac- tose 10 ml/kg, mixed the homemade plateau plant Brassica rapa ether extract,the subacute aging mice had been fed at high dose 40g/kg per day orally, the dose 30g/kg per day and low dose 20g/kg per day and VE and saline as control group for 42 days. Af- terwards,the mice were killed to test malondialdehyde (MDA), glutathione peroxidase (GSH -PX), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and immune organ weight index. Results Brassica rapa etbeJ" extract group and the vitamin E positive drug group can sig- nificantly improve the D- galactose on serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity (P 〈 0.01 ), significantly reduce malondial- dehyde (MDA) content (P 〈 0.01 ) and also can improve liver tissue glutathione ( GSH - PX) activity (P 〈 0.01 ), thus increas- ing its antioxidant activity, reducing lipid peroxidation, promoting aging mice thymic growth, enhancing the body's immunity. Brassica rapa of high dose and dose ether extract curative effect is good. Conclusion plateau plant Brassica rapa ether extract shows a good anti - aging action on the subacute aging model induced by D - galactose.
