摘要
随着经济欠发达地区高职教育的发展,高职院校"双师型"师资队伍建设的要求越来越强烈和迫切。本文从"双师型"教师的内涵入手,从欠发达地区高职院校"双师型"师资队伍建设存在的问题出发,提出相应的解决对策。
With the development of higher vocational education in underdeveloped regions, it has become more and more urgent to construct ＂double-role＂ teacher team in higher vocational colleges. Starting from the connotation of ＂double-role＂ teachers, this article analyzes the problems in ＂double-role＂ teacher team construction for higher vocational colleges in underdeveloped regions, and countermeasures are put forward.
