某电力办公楼地基加固工程沉降计算分析

Settlement Analysis and Calculation of Electric Power Office Building in Foundation Reinforcement Engineering

摘要 本工程采用整体式筏板基础,利用CFG桩减少主楼沉降和差异沉降,取消沉降后浇带。实践表明:当桩端有较好持力层时,采用CFG桩可以有效降低建筑的总沉降量和不均匀沉降;考虑基础刚度的变形计算模型,其计算结果与实测更为接近。 A whole raft foundation is applied in this project, the settlement and differential settlement are reduced by using CFG pile, and the late poured band is canceled. The engineering practice shows that CFG pile can effectively reduce the total settlement and uneven settlement of buildings when the pile has good hearing layer; the deformation calculation results are more close to the measured data considering foundation stiffness.
