摘要
目的比较常规宣教配合视频宣教或宣传单宣教与单纯常规宣教在改善飞行员颞下颌关节紊乱病治疗满意度及依从性中的效果。方法将86例诊断为颞下颌关节紊乱病并接受咬合板加局部激光照射的飞行员随机分为三组:I组飞行员接受视频宣教及常规宣教,Ⅱ组飞行员接受宣传单宣教及常规宣教,Ⅲ组飞行员仅接受单纯常规宣教。治疗前记录飞行员的人口学特征及诊断,接受相应宣教后随访1个月,记录飞行员对治疗的满意程度、对宣教的注意事项执行情况及治疗的依从性。结果各组飞行员的年龄及诊断均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。86名飞行员中8名失访,I组失访率为3.4%,Ⅱ组失访率为6.9%,Ⅲ组失访率为17.9%。三组飞行员的失访率有统计学差异(P<0.05),按时随访的情况也存在统计学差异,Ⅲ组按时随访率明显低于I组和Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。I、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组飞行员的治疗满意度分别为89.3%、92.6%、73.9%,I组、Ⅱ组的治疗满意度均显著高于Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。三组飞行员对宣教措施的执行程度有统计学差异,I、Ⅱ组对宣教措施的执行程度明显高于Ⅲ组(P<0.01)。结论在传统的宣教中加入视频宣教或宣传单宣教,能够明显提高飞行员的依从性及对治疗的满意度,同时引导飞行员建立良好的保护颞下颌关节的生活方式。
Objective To compare the effects of video or leaflet in conjunction with traditional education with traditional education alone for the compliance and satisfaction of the pilots with temporomandibular disorders （TMD）. Methods Eighty-six pilots with TMD who needed occlusal splint and local laser irradiation were included and randomly divided into three groups：Group I accepted video education plus traditional education, GroupⅡaccepted leaflet education plus traditional education, GroupⅢaccepted traditional education alone. All the pilots were recorded by demographic characteristics before treatment, and their compliance, satisfaction and self-exercise were also recorded after one month followed-up. Results The baseline parameters were similar （P＆gt;0.05）. Eight pilots lost in follow-up, including 3.4%in Group I, 6.9%in GroupⅡand 17.9%in GroupⅢ. There were significant differences in lost rates among the three groups （P＆lt;0.05）. The rates of participants who exactly followed the appointed follow-up were higher in Group I and GroupⅡ than in Group Ⅲ（P＆lt;0.05）. And the satisfaction rates were 89.3% in Group I, 92.6%in GroupⅡ and 73.9% in Group Ⅲ. The satisfaction rates of Group I and GroupⅡwere significantly higher than that of Group Ⅲ（P＆lt;0.01）. Conclusion Adding video or leaflet education to the traditional education could increase the pilots’compliance and execution of the self-exercise.
