摘要
目的开发一种适合出入境检验检疫部门使用的蜱螨鉴定系统。方法根据蜱螨形态学特征建立二项式检索表,运用MySQL建立蜱螨分类数据库,通过计算机数据结构中二叉树结构的分支结点搜索技术实现其推理过程。结果开发出了基于PHP语言的出入境蜱螨多媒体鉴定系统。结论该系统操作简便、容易维护、功能强大,实用性强,适合于出入境检验检疫等部门使用。
Objective To establish a system assisting the Acari identification for the quarantine bureaus at ports. Methods The binomial identification key was created according to the characters of the ticks and mites morphology. With the MySQL, the database for the Acari classification was established, which could be revised into a knowledge database in terms of data structure using computer technology. The database could be used as the basis for the Aeari identification by searching for nodes within dichotomous trees of the data structure until the final node reached. Results The Acari identification system was created based on Hypertext Preprocessor language. Conclusion The system displayed several advantages such as being easier for data addition, operation, data maintenance, having powerful function for this system, and might be suitable for quarantine bureaus using.
