亳州市首例人感染H7N9禽流感病原学调查分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解亳州市首例人感染H7N9禽流感病毒来源,为亳州市禽流感防控提供依据。方法采集患者接触过的活禽交易市场、活禽养殖市场以及病人家的鸡和环境标本91份,应用RT-PCR方法进行核酸检测。结果共检测标本91份,H5、H7、H9、N9亚型流感病毒核酸阳性,阳性率分别为2.2%(2/91)、26.4%(24/91)、27.5%(25/91)、6.6%(6/91),H7、H9混合感染率为15.38%(14/91)。结论引起人感染H7N9流感病毒可能来源于活禽市场,加强活禽市场管理,减少人感染H7N9流感病毒的风险。 Objective To understand the first human infeclious case with the H7N9 avian influenza virus and provide basis for preventing and controlling the avian influenza in Bozhou city. Methods We collected the 91 samples of chicken and environment from the live poultry markets, the live poultry breeding markets as well as the patients'homes which the pa- tients had contacted with. Then we used RT - PCR method for detection of nucleic acid. Results A total of 91 samples were detected. The nucleic acids of subtype influenza virus of H5, H7, H9 and N9 proved positive whose rates were respec- tively 2.2% (2/91), 26.4% (24/91) , 27.5% (25/91 }, and 6.6% (6/91). The rate of mixed infection of H7 and H9 was 15.38 % ( 14/91 ). Conclusion The flu virus that might cause people to infect H7N9 can be derived from the live poultry markets. We suggest to clos the live poultry market temporarily, control1 the source of infection, and cut off the route of transmission.
