摘要
目的浅析高血压鼻出血患者临床护理体会。方法我院于2011年8月至2013年5月共收治了123名高血压鼻出血患者,回顾性总结和分析患者的护理过程。结果 123名患者治愈率为100%,患者住院平均时间为5.7 d,没有一名患者发生窒息。结论高血压患者鼻出血时应该密切关注患者出血的征兆,做好心理以及生活方面护理,给予患者有效的健康指导,这样不仅会避免由于鼻出血而导致的窒息,更能够减少患者住院的时间,进而提高治疗的效果。
Objective To analyze the nursing experience in caring for hypertensive patients with hemorrhinia. Methods 123 hy- pertensive patients were treated in our hospital from August 2011 to May 2013 and the nursing process of hypertensive patients with hemorrhinia were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results The cure rate was 100% with 5.7 inpatient clays on average and no patients suffocated. Conclusion Close attention should be paid to bleeding symptoms of patients with elevated blood pressure when their noses bleed. Psychological and physical nursing should be implemented well. Effective health guidance should be offered. These can not only prevent the occurrence of suffocation caused by hemorrhinia effectively, but also shorten the inpatient time and improve the treatment effect.
