摘要
近年来我国生猪养殖集约化程度日益提高,养猪生产的环境污染问题日益突出,新型环保猪饲料的研发与推广成为我国饲料工业的重要发展方向。本文旨在阐述生猪养殖中氮磷污染现状,根据氮磷元素在猪体内的代谢原理,探讨通过改变饲料配制方式达到从源头减少氮磷污染物排放的目的。其主要措施是通过氨基酸平衡配制饲粮和开发应用加酶饲粮。
With the rapid development of intensive pig farming in China, environment pollu- tion caused by swine manure becomes increasingly serious in recent years. Research and develop- ment of new type of eco - friendly pig feed becomes an important direction in feed industry. This article illustrates the nitrogen and phosphorus pollution status in pig farming. According to the metabolic mechanism of nitrogen and phosphorus in vivo, nitrogen and phosphorus emissions can be reduced from the source when using advanced feed formula. Amino acid balanced feed and en- zyme -containing feed are the key measures.
