摘要
目的探讨后腹腔镜下肾盂旁囊肿去顶减压术的临床疗效,并与开放肾盂旁囊肿去顶减压术进行对比研究。方法选取2001年3月至2011年4月安徽医科大学附属省立医院泌尿外科收治的肾盂旁囊肿患者80例,分为后腹腔镜手术组38例,开放手术组42例,统计两组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后止痛药用量、术后下床活动时间和住院时间;术后所有患者均随访1年以上,比较两组的复发率差异。结果开放手术组在手术时间、术中出血量、术后止痛药应用比例、术后下床活动时间、住院时间方面均优于开放组;两组复发率差异无统计学意义。结论与开放手术相比,后腹腔镜手术治疗肾盂旁囊肿安全可行,具有创伤小,恢复快,并发症少的优点,值得临床推广。
Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic paraplevic cyst unroofing, and compare it with open unroofing. Methods A total of 80 cases of paraplevic cyst from Mar. 2001 to Apr. 2011 in Urology Department of the Affiliated Provincial Hospital of Anhui Medical University were selected, and divided into two groups：38 cases were performed laparoseopic unroofing and 42 cases open unroofing. The operation time,intraoperative hemorrhage, postoperative analgesic amount, postoperative recovery, and hospi- talization of the two groups were statistically analyzed and compared. All cases were followed up for more than one year to compare the difference of recurrence rate between the two groups. Results Laparoscopic group were superior in operation time, hemorrhage, postoperative analgesic amount, postoperative recovery, hospitali- zation time to the operation group. The recurrence rate of the two groups had no statistical significant differ- ence. Conclusion Compared with open surgery,laparoscopic treatment of paraplevic cyst is safe and feasi- ble, with the advantages of small trauma, quick recovery and less complications, thus is worthy to be popular- ized.
