摘要
某选厂赤铁矿浮选尾矿全铁品位在16%以上,为降低尾矿品位,开展了浮尾回收试验研究。首先通过磨矿、磁选条件试验,确定适宜的工艺参数。然后对磨磁后精矿进行了一粗两精两扫浮选机试验与一粗一精一扫浮选柱开路试验。试验结果浮选柱各项指标优于浮选机。对矿样进行一粗一精一扫闭路浮选柱试验,取得精矿TFe品位65.29%,浮尾TFe品位11.48%,精矿产率为56.18%,回收率为87.94%的良好指标。
In order to reduce the grade of floating tailing from a ore dressing plant, experimental re- searches were conducted to recycle the hematite from flotation tailings with the TFe grade above 16%. A- bove all, a mss of grinding and magnetic separation condition experiments were carried out to determine the optimal process parameters, on the basis of which, we presented one roughing--two cleaning--two scavenging open circuit flotation test followed by one roughing--one cleaning--one scavenging open cir- cuit flotation column test. Results proved product indicators of flotation column were better than that of flotation machine. One roughing--one cleaning--one scavenging closed circuit flotation column test was conducted and a favourable product index was obtained with the concentrate grade of 65.29%, floating tailing grade of 11.48% , concentrate rate of 56.18% and concentrate recovery of 87.94%.
