摘要
目的探讨研究社区性糖尿病患者都存在哪些药品使用与认识误区,找出更好更实用的治疗方法与药物。方法随机抽取2010年10月—2012年9月之间该社区的96例糖尿病患者作为该次实验的研究人员,任意平均分为两组,实验组的48例糖尿病患者要经常通过调查问卷的形式以及平时沟通交流的方法进行如何正确使用药物的教育,对照组的48例患者依照常规方法进行治疗。结果通过实验结果来看,对糖尿病患者实施相关知识的普及与教育的确有利于患者正确使用药物,并且治疗效果十分显著。实验组中30例患者为显效,16例患者为有效,仅2例患者为无效。结论时常通过调查问卷及日常问答形式对糖尿病患者进行知识宣传从而找出正确的解决对策是迫在眉捷的。通过该方法对控制糖尿病患者的血糖稳定非常有利。
Objective To discuss and study the misunderstandings of drug use and medication that community diabetic patients have, so as to find better and more practical treatment methods and drugs. Methods From October, 2010 to September, 2012, 96 cases of patients with diabetes in the community were randomly selected as the subjects and divided into two groups equally. 48 cases in the experimental group were often given the education of correct using drugs by questionnaires and the usual methods of communication, while the 48 cases in the control group were treated by the conventional method. SPSS13. 0 statistical software was used. The measurement data used（x±s） and t test, the count data using X2 test, P〈0.05 indicated that the difference was statistically significant. Results The experiment results showed that disseminating and teaching diabetes-related knowledge to patients with di- abetes was conducive to the proper use of drugs in patients with diabetes, and the treatment effect was significant. Of the experi- mental group, markedly effective in 30 cases, effective in 16 cases, and ineffective only in 2 cases. Conclusion It is urgent to find correct solutions by often disseminating diabetes-related knowledge to patients with diabetes through questionnaires and daily question-and-answer form. This method is very beneficial to control the blood glucose of the patients with diabetes.
