摘要
目的 :通过回顾我院血管外科52例湿热毒盛型糖尿病足患者的护理过程,总结糖尿病足的护理方法。方法 :选取本院血管外科2011—2012年糖尿病足湿热毒盛型患者52例,给予相应的皮肤护理、饮食护理、疼痛的护理、用药护理、心理护理、指导控制血糖方法、控制感染及健康教育。结果 :52例患者,通过细心的护理和治疗,(按Wagner分级法)Ⅰ级患者9例溃疡面全部治愈;Ⅱ级患者27例,溃疡面治愈15例、创口收敛12例;Ⅲ级患者12例创口收敛10例、好转2例;Ⅳ级患者4例,好转2例,截肢2例。总有效率96.2%。结论 :通过精心的护理及治疗,糖尿病足溃疡面愈合取得满意疗效。
Objective ： Through the review of the nursing of 52 patients with damp-heat type of diabetes foot in our hospital to summarize the nursing measures. Methods： 52 patients with diabetic foot （ dampheat type ） were selected from vascular surgery of our hospital （ from 2011 to 2012 ）. We gave them corresponding skin nursing, diet nursing, pain nursing, medication nursing, psychological nursing, methods for controlling blood sugar and infection, and health education. Resuhs ： Through the careful nursing and treatment for 52 patients, 9 patients with the ulcer surface of level I （by Wagner classification method ） were all cured; 15 cases with the ulcer of level ]I （ all 27 patients ）were cured; 12 cases with the ulcer of level llI had wound convergence and 2 cases were improved; 2 patients with level IV were improved,2 cases of amputation. The total effective rate was 96.2%. Conclusion ： Through meticulous nursing and treatment, diabetic foot ulcers are healed well.
