摘要
目的 :探讨穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖症的临床发展趋势及运用规律。方法 :以回顾性研究方式,借助文献计量学方法,对中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)1995—2012年公开发表的穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖症的临床研究文献进行统计分析,并从处方选穴、埋线技术、疗效特点等方面进行总结,探讨其临床运用规律。结果和结论 :穴位埋线是治疗单纯性肥胖症的有效方法,其临床应用率呈逐年递增趋势。处方规律体现出分经选穴以调理脾胃为要,分部选穴多用腹部穴的基本思路。埋线技术的发展与时俱进,针具的改良更趋微型而少创痛,新型埋线材料的引入使该疗法的安全性不断提升。穴位埋线治疗本病具有近期疗效显著和远期疗效稳定的特点,与传统的针刺疗法及药物减肥比较,显示出良好的优势。
Objective： To study the clinical development trend and application rules of catgut implantation at acupoint for treatment of simple obesity cases. Methods： In order to give retrospection about study on catgut implantation at acupoint for treatment of simple obesity cases, the present study used quantitative analysis to analyze the literature from 1995 to 2012 in this field on China Journal Full-text Database. And we made a summary of acupoint selection and prescription, catgut implantation technology , curative effect and so on to study its clinical application. Results and Conclusions： Catgut implantation at acupoint is an effective method for treatment of simple obesity. Its clinical utility ratio showed a trend of increasing year by year. Prescription principles embody the basic thinking of selecting points according to meridians to regulate spleen and stomach qi , selecting points according to location tend to choose abdominal acupuncture points. Catgut implantation technology has developed to keep pace with the times. The needle has improved to be more micro and less trauma. The introduction of the new embedded wire materials also has improved the safety of this therapy. The recent curative effect is remarkable and the long-term curative effect is stable. Catgut implantation at acupoint shows its advantages compared with traditional acupuncture and medicine when used for reducing weight.
