摘要
目的比较GE Signa HDe 1.5 T磁共振(MR)的脊柱线圈中两种脂肪抑制技术:频率选择压脂(FS)、短反转恢复序列(STIR)在临床应用中的优劣。探讨脊柱线圈中的最佳脂肪抑制方法。方法采用主观和客观2种评价方法对25例脊柱抑制脂肪临床图像进行评价。结果 2种脂肪抑制方法的信噪比(SNR FS=38±9,SNR TIR=52±10)差异有统计学意义(t=4.809,P<0.05)。2组脂肪抑制脂肪信号均匀性的比较差异有统计学意义(t=7.216,P<0.05)。FS和STIR两种脂肪抑制方法脂肪抑制均匀性的评分分别为:2.2±0.5、2.9±0.4(t=5.175,P<0.05);解剖结构显示清晰性的评分分别为:2.8±0.7、3.2±0.6(t=2.536,P<0.05);整个影像质量的评分分别为:2.9±0.7、3.3±0.6(t=2.376,P<0.05)。结论在腰椎系统GE 1.5 T MR检查中,STIR序列的整体抑制脂肪效果要优于FS方法。
Objective To explove the best method of fat suppression of spine coil from 2 methods [frequencyselective fat saturation (FS), short TI inversion recovery (STIR)] by comparing their signal to noise ratio (SNR) and image uniformity of images. Methods Twenty five cases of lumbar patients were scanned by two methods of fat suppres- sion respectively. Objective evaluation and subjective evaluation were used to evaluate all of the image res-pectively. Results There was significant differences about SNR between FS (38±9) and STIR (52±11 ) (t=4.809, P〈0.05 ). There was significant differences of U between FS and STIR (t=7.216, P〈0.05). The score of homogeneity of fat suppression of FS was 2.2±0.5. That of STIR was 2.9±0.4 (t=5.175, P〈0.05 ). The score of clarity of FS in anatomic structure was 2.8±0.7; that of STIR was 3.2~0.6 (t=2.536, P〈0.05). The score of overall image guality of FS was 2.9±0.7; that of STIR was 3.3±0.6 (t=2.376, P〈0.05). Conclusion As for abdomen phased array coil of GE Signa HDe 1.5 Tmr, STIR is the best methods of fat suppression. In the end,only the fight to choose fat-suppression techniques can make a better diagnosis of the disease in clinical application.
