摘要 研究了掺加建筑垃圾的混凝土骨料制备的路用透水型彩色再生混凝土的抗冻融性能、抗碳化性能和耐磨性能与水胶比、聚丙烯纤维掺量、及颜料掺量的关系。结果表明,水胶比对路用透水型彩色再生混凝土的冻融性能、碳化性能和耐磨性能均有明显的影响;掺加矿渣对路用透水型彩色再生混凝土的冻融性能有较明显的有利的影响,对碳化性能和耐磨性有不利的影响。适量添加聚丙烯纤维对混凝土耐磨性能和冻融性能有一定有利影响,但掺加太多有不利影响,掺聚丙烯使透水性能显著降低,对碳化性能无明显影响。颜料掺量对彩色再生透水混凝土的透水性能、冻融性能、碳化性能和耐磨性能等耐久性能方面无明显的影响。 The permeable color recycled road concrete for medium traffic road is prepared by adding the construction waste, and the relationship of between the durability property of the concrete and some preparation condition is studied by the orthogonal test. The result shows that the water-binder ratio has an obvious effect on freezing-thawing, carbonation and wear-resisting of the concrete; adding the slag can enhance freezing-thawing and wear-resisting properties of the concrete, but isn’t good for the carbonation and wear-resisting properties of the concrete;adding polypropylene fiber has a favorable effect on freezing-thawing and wear-resisting properties of the concrete in a certain content, but has no obvious effect on carbonation. In addition, pigment content almost has no effect on the durability property of concrete.
