摘要
目的:观察并分析老年高血压病患者的心电图异常改变特点。方法:对比分析58例老年高血压病患者和58例非老年高血压病患者的心电图,重点在于老年高血压病患者的心电图异常改变,记录异常心电图种类和各类异常心电图所占比例。结果:老年高血压病患者心电图异常改变的发生率显著高于非老年高血压患者(P<0.05),并且以ST-T段改变、心律失常和左心肥厚最为常见。结论:老年高血压病患者心脏更易发生病理改变,心电图异常改变的发生率高于非老年高血压患者,需要定期检查,在老年高血压病的治疗中有一定的意义,值得推广。
Objective： To observe and analyze the elderly hypertensive patients ECG abnormalities characteristic changes.Method： Comparative analysis of 58 cases of elderly hypertensive patients and 58 patients with non-elderly hypertensive patients ECG, with emphasis on elderly hypertensive patients ECG abnormalities.And record abnormal ECG type and the proportion of various types of abnormal ECG.Resnlt： Elderly hypertensive patients the incidence of ECG abnormalities were significantly higher than non-elderly（P〈0.05）, and in the two groups, ST-T segment changes, arrhythmias, and left ventricular hypertrophy were the most common. Conclusion： Elderly hypertensive patients more susceptible to pathological changes in the heart, ECG abnormalities was higher than in non-elderly patients with hypertension, the need for regular inspection, treatment of hypertension in the elderly has some significance, worthy of promotion.
