川西沙溪庙组水平井固井技术难点及对策 被引量:11

DIFFICULTIES AND COUNTERMEASURES OF HORIZONTAL WELL CEMENTING TECHNOLOGY IN CUANXI SHAXIMIAO FORMATION

摘要 川西沙溪庙组气藏地层压力高,储层具有致密低渗、裂缝发育、非均质性强等特点,水平井固井存在着水泥石胶结质量差、部分井井口窜气或试压不合格等固井问题,直接影响着气井长期安全生产。为此,结合近年来川西沙溪庙组气藏水平井固井实践,通过开展工程地质、固井工艺技术、水泥浆技术以及测井技术等分析,认为川西沙溪庙水平井固井主要技术难点有:地质条件复杂、存在高压气层是导致固井质量差的客观条件;工区固井技术无法全面适应是引起固井质量差的重要因素;声幅测井工艺不合理是造成固井质量差的间接因素。提出了如下解决办法:加强储层地质分析,采用地质导向钻井技术(或性能可靠定向工具及测斜仪器)和优质钻井液体系,能很好控制水平井轨迹和井径扩大率,为后续下油层套管作业提供良好井筒条件;加强工区成熟水泥浆体系如加重膨胀、KQ/FLOK防气窜或塑性膨胀水泥浆攻关完善,同时积极引进或开发自愈合水泥浆体系,保证水泥浆性能稳定、提高水泥石长效封固质量。 The high pressure gas reservoir in Chuanxi Shaximiao group has the characteristics of tight lithology,low permeability,fractured development and strong heterogeneity. The poor cementing quality in the horizontal well have made a big impact on the safety of gas production. Therefore,combined with thehorizontal well cementing experience in Chuanxi Shaximiao gas reservoir in recent years,and analyzing the geology engineering,cementing technology,slurry technology and well logging technology,the major technical problems in horizontal well cementing in Shaximiao formation was found,such as(1) the complicated geological conditions;(2) the present cementing technology can't meet the requirement of cementing quality;(3) the unreasonable acoustic- amplitude log methods result in the poor cementing quality. To solve these problems,the following solutions were provided:(1) strengthening reservoir geology analysis and using the geosteering drilling technique and drilling fluid system with high quality control the trajectory of horizontal well and hole enlargement ratio,which provide good wellbore conditions;(2) completing the cement slurry system and developing self- healing cement slurry system guarante cement slurry stability and improve cementing quality.
