摘要
某厂1,4-丁二醇装置,丁醇回收单元超负荷运行,副产物正丁醇产品不合格,废水COD高达1 500。通过样品分析、工艺优化、工艺模拟计算、塔器水力学核算与工况研究,辅助以旋液分离、脱色和过滤实验,对该装置进行了一系列的设备优化、内件改造,增设旋液分离器和脱色过滤设施。标定结果表明:改造后装置运行平稳,处理量翻倍,废水COD降低了一半,产品纯度达到国标优等品要求。
The n-butanol recycling device in a BDO plant was faced with the problems like overload running, off- grade byproduct and COD in the wastewater as higher as 1 500. Through sample analysis, process optimization, process simulation, hydraulic calculation and case study, a series of equipment optimization and internal transformation were performed via the experiments (hydrocyclone, deeolorization and filtration ), and the hydrocyelone and decoloring filter facilities were added. The result reveals that the device after revamping runs smoothly, the capacity doubles, and COD in the wastewater decreases by 50% , with the product purity coming up to the national standard of high-class product.
