Red Star Macalline Global Home Furnishings Square is the largest home furnishings shopping mall in northern China. As part of the Xianghe Furniture City, it opened on May 02, 2010 with initial investment of 500 million yuan （US$82.7 million）. It has a floor space of 160,000 square metres. The vast shopping mall was the brainchild of Wei ]iang, chairman of Huaxin Group.
