The etiology of cervical incompetence.

摘要 宫颈机能不全发生机制至今尚不完全明确。宫颈的胶原纤维是维持宫颈作用的重要因素,包括先天性及获得性宫颈机能不全,先天性主要包括宫颈解剖结构及组织结构的先天性异常以及胎儿期暴露于己烯雌酚、遗传和种族因素。获得性包括机械性损伤、创伤及生化因素的影响。 The pathogenesis of cervical insufficiency is still unclear so far. Collagen fibers play great role in maintaining normal function of cervix. There are congenital and acquired cervical insufficiencies. The congenital cervical insufficiency results from the anatomical anomaly of tissues, the lack of cervical collagen and the exposure to diethylstilbestrol while the acquired cervical insufficiency is related to cervical trauma and biochemical influence.
