摘要
目的 观察益气镇阳定眩汤治疗中老年眩晕疗效。方法 中老年眩晕患者治疗组4 3例 ,采用益气镇阳定眩汤随症加减治疗 ;对照组 4 0例 ,常规口服西比灵 ;尼莫地平 ;复方丹参片治疗。结果 治疗组总有效率 88.37% ,对照组 67.50 % ,2组比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5)。
Objective To observe effect of Yiqi Zhenyang Dingxuan decoction on middle-aged and senile vertigo. Methods Eighty-three patients with middle-aged and senile vertigo were randomly allocated to two groups. In treatment group (n=43) Yiqi Zhenyang Dingxuan were taken orally. In control groups (n=40) treatment of Sibelium, Nimodipine and Fufang Danshen tablets were carried on. Results Total effective rate in treatment group (88.37%) was significantly higher than that in control group (67.50%, P<0.05). Conclusions Yiqi Zhenyang Dingxuan decoction can produce definite effect on middle-aged and senile vertigo.
