摘要
目的:了解基本公共卫生服务项目中负责高血压、糖尿病患者健康管理的基层医疗卫生机构医务人员工作满意度情况以及影响因素。方法:在全国选取8个省,采用分层多阶段随机抽样方法,调查45个社区卫生服务中心和乡镇卫生院406名从事慢性病管理工作的医务人员。通过问卷调查,调查基层医务人员的一般情况以及工作满意度,分析其影响因素。结果:接受调查的基层医务人员对当前工作满意度不高,非常满意及满意的比例为43.6%,城市为49.0%,农村为36.2%,城市与农村差异显著(χ2=16.85,P<0.05)。工作满意度最低的3个条目分别为工资待遇、职称晋升机会以及事业发展前景,工作总体满意度主要影响因素有地区、年龄、工作性质和工作负荷。结论:从事慢性病管理基层医务人员工作满意度不高,应采取有效的措施提升基层医务人员的工作满意度,特别是工资待遇。
Objective To understand the job satisfaction and influence factors of medical staff in primary health service cen- ters who conducting the health management of hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. Methods In the selected eight provinces, stratified multistage random sampling method was used to survey 406 medical staff from 45 primary health service cen- ters. The questionnaire interview was applied to collect the information of medical staff and job satisfaction, and find the influence factors of job satisfaction. Results The job satisfaction of medical staff was dissatisfied,the ratio of medical staff who were satisfied with work conditions was 43.6% ,49.0% in urban and 36.2% in rural, and the difference was significant (X2 = 16.85, P 〈 0. 05 ). Three aspects with the lowest satisfaction score is respectively salary, promotion chances and future job prospects. Area, age, workload and job specification are the main influence factors of total job satisfaction. Conclusion The job satisfaction of medical staff in primary health service centers was dissatisfied. Certain efficiency measures should be adopted to improve the job satisfac- tion of medical staff in primary health service centers, especially improve salary.
