高血压和冠心病关系的研究动向 被引量:6

摘要 目前认为,高血压是否导致冠心病似乎主要取决于左室肥厚的发展程度,同时高血压病人内皮功能减退和交感神经紧张性异常,增加了冠心病发生的危险性。另外,超重、脂质代谢障碍、葡萄糖耐量异常、高胰岛素血症也常是冠心病和高血压的独立预报因子。
