摘要
目的 研究丙烯腈对小鼠睾丸组织某些标志酶活性的影响 ,探讨丙烯腈对雄性小鼠生殖损伤的机制及早期敏感指标。方法 用分光光度法检测睾丸组织匀浆中葡萄糖 6 磷酸脱氢酶 (G 6 PD)、乳酸脱氢酶同工酶 (LDHx)、β 葡糖苷酸酶 (β G)及酸性磷酸酶 (ACP)的活性。 结果 G 6 PD、LDHx、β G及ACP各指标与对照组比较未见显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 在本实验染毒时间和染毒剂量范围内 ,丙烯腈对小鼠睾丸组织中酶活性 (G 6 PD、LDHx、β G及ACP)未见影响。
Objective To study the effects of acrylonitrile on certain symbolic enzymes in the testis of mice and to explore the mechanism and early sensitive indicators for reproductive damage in male mice caused by it.Methods Activities of glucose 6 phosphate dehydrogenase(G 6 PD),lactic acid dehydrogenase isoenzyme(LDHx),β glycosidase(β G) and acid phosphatase(ACP) in homogenate of the testis were determined with spectrophotometry.Results There was no significant difference in activities of G 6 PD,LDHx,β G and ACP between the trial and control groups(P>0 05).Conclusion No effect of acrylonitrile on the activities of G 6 PD,LDHx,β G and ACP in the testis of mice was found within the length and concentrations of exposure to acrylonitrile in this experiment.
