洋葱伯克霍尔德菌医院感染及耐药机制的研究进展 被引量：13

摘要 洋葱伯克霍尔德菌（Burkholderiacepacia，BC）是近年来院内感染的几种重要条件致病菌之一，通常对健康人体并不致病，多侵袭免疫力低下的个体，常定植于囊性纤维化（CF）和慢性肉芽肿患者的肺部，是cF患者的高毒力、高致死性病原菌。该菌临床分离率不断增加，且对多种抗生素具有较高的耐药性，临床相关感染治疗困难。本文主要就BC医院感染特点、耐药性及治疗现状作一简要综述。
