振动研磨法细化中药黄芪的实验研究

摘要 提出了采用振动研磨法对中药黄芪进行细化的新思路和新方法,在不同研磨介质和填充率条件下,对中药黄芪进行振动研磨法细化,拟采用切片—干燥—粗粉碎—振动研磨的工艺路线,并用激光粒度仪测量粉碎粒度,分析评价粉碎效果。研究结果表明,采用直径10mm研磨球,可以在30min内将黄芪研磨到5μm,4h后可研磨到2μm;但采用直径20mm磨球细化中药黄芪出现了一定的逆研磨现象。由此证明,最佳工艺条件为直径10 mm研磨球、65%的填充率的参数组合。 This paper proposes a new ideas and new method of the vibration grinding to astragalus membranaceus, Astragalus mongholicus is vibrated and grinded under the different condition of grinding media and filling rate. We adopt the technology route of slice-drying--coarse crushing-vibration grinding, measuring granularity with Laser particle size analyzer, and analyzing and evaluating the crushing effect. The research results show that the astragalus mongholicus can be ground to 5 μm in 30 min and to 2 μm after 4 h by using 10 mm diameter milling balls. But the certain inverse grinding phenomenon appears with 20 mm diameter milling balls. The best process condition is the parameter group of 10 mm diameter grinding ball and 65% filling rate.
