摘要
高校旅游管理专业的实习在教学计划中占有举足轻重的作用,能够对学生进行旅游专业思想教育和旅游管理业务训练,是为社会培养旅游管理专业高素质人才必不可少的环节。文章针对现阶段我国高校旅游管理专业存在的问题,提出构建高校旅游管理专业良性实习体系的方法。
Practice plays an important role in Tourism Management in colleges.Ideological education and professional training of Tourism Management on students is indispensable to foster high quality Tourism Management talent.The paper explores problems existing in Tourism Management,and proposes measures of constructing a benign practice system of it from five aspects： teaching plan,practice content,guidance,supervision and practice evaluation.
