摘要
改革开放以后 ,私营经济的重新出现和发展 ,成为我国社会一个十分令人关注的问题。当前 ,如何评价私营经济在国民经济中的地位和作用 ,引导私营经济沿着法制的轨道健康发展 ,对于加快我国社会主义现代化建设的步伐 ,无疑具有十分重要的意义。
Since the reform and opening policy was carried out in China,the reappearance and development of the private sector of economy has aroused general concern.It is of great significance to quickening the pace of our socialist modernization to discuss how to evaluate its social position and function in our national economy and how to guide it to develop legally and healthily.
