摘要 胜任素质模型作为人力资源管理的重要工具已逐渐运用在高职专业人才培养模式上。以餐饮管理与服务专业为例,通过因子分析的方法提炼出餐饮连锁门店店长的团队领导力、岗位操作能力、学习与创新、关系管理、个人品质五大职业素质因子。在具体的专业学习和人才培养过程中,学校可以按照职业等级要求设置相应的晋级包,依据岗位核心工作要点设置轮岗包,以提高学生的职业胜任力。 Competency model, an important tool for human resource management, has been gradually applied in higher professional train- ing. Such five professional quality factors as food chain store manager's team leadership, post operation ability, learning and innovation, rela- tionship management and personal qualities have been extracted from the restaurant management and professional services,for example, by the factor analysis method.In the specific professional learning and talent cultivation process,grade requirements can be set in accordance with the appropriate professional promotion bag according to the main points of the core set rotation jobs package in order to improve students' vocational competence.
