摘要
复杂产品规模大、研发成本高、批量定制和集成度高。产品配置能实现产品快速定制和零部件管理等,基于知识工程的智能设计系统建造方法对复杂产品的配置系统建立提供了参考,提出复杂产品智能配置流程,基于客户需求,提取配置需求特征,建立产品族类层次结构模型。阐述了知识表示、知识库建立和知识推理等智能配置关键技术,并用优化的灰色关联分析法进行配置方案评价。最终在NX平台上开发出集成的垃圾车智能配置系统,满足客户个性化需求,实现复杂产品的快速配置。
Complex products have the characteristics of large-scale, high development cost, mass customiza- tion and high degree of integration. Product configuration can realize fast product customization and part management, etc. Intelligent design system based on knowledge engineering provides reference for the con- struction of complex product configuration system. The complex intelligent product configuration process is put forward. Based on configuration demand characteristics product family model of class hierarchy is set up. The key technologies of intelligent configuration include knowledge representation, knowledge base building and knowledge reasoning, etc. The optimized grey relational analysis method is applied for configu- ration scheme evaluation. At last the integration system of the garbage truck intelligent configuration is de- veloped on NX platform, which could be used to satisfy customers personalized requirements and realize the rapid configuration of complex products.
