摘要
利用钛铁矿原位合成的Al2O3-TiC/TiCN-Fe复合粉,通过热压工艺成功制备出了不同比例Al2O3-TiC/TiCN增强的铁基复合材料。研究了Al2O3-TiC/TiCN颗粒对铁基复合材料组织和性能的影响。XRD结果显示,在烧结过程中TiC/TiCN会发生一定程度的氧化,有Ti的中间氧化物出现。制备的Al2O3-TiC/TiCN增强的铁基复合材料的性能比较优良,材料的最高力学性能为抗弯强度1334 MPa,维氏硬度802。
The ferro-matrix composite reinforced by Al2O3-TiC/TiCN particles which was produced by in-situ synthesis from ilmenite were successfully prepared by hot-pressing process.In this paper,the phase,micro-structure and properties are investigated by using XRD,SEM and mechanical testing means.The XRD results show that the TiC/TiCN particles will be oxidized and the intermediate oxide of titanium appears during the sin-tering process.The properties of synthetic material are excellent,the hightest mechanical property of the mate-rial for the flexural strength was 1 334 MPa and the vickers hardness was 802.
