摘要
针对现有钻杆缺陷信号运用数据板卡采集过程中,存在模拟信号从探头到工控机之间的传输距离长、传输导线粗、易受电磁干扰等缺点,设计了钻杆缺陷信号采集系统。系统采用C8051F340单片机与AD7265芯片作为核心,实现对钻杆缺陷漏磁检测信号的采集,通过USB通信实现与上位机的连接,并采用LabVIEW软件构建人机交互界面实现采集信号的显示和分析处理。该系统具有精度高、功耗低、稳定度好、体积小和数字输出等特点。实验验证表明,该系统具有较好的信号采集效果,适用钻杆缺陷漏磁检测信号的采集。
Aiming to disadvantage of long transmission distance,thick wire and disturbed easily for simulated signal from sonde to industrial personal computer during data collecting for current drill stem defect signal with data card,the drill defect signal acquisition system is designed.With C8051F340 micro control unit (MCU) and AD7265 chip as core parts,signal acquisition of drill pipe defect by magnetic flux leakage detection is achieved.The connection with host computer is realized via USB communication,and collected signal displaying,analysing and processing are achieved with construction the interactive interface under LabVIEW software.The system is with high precision,low power consumption,good stability,small dimension and digital output.The experiments show the system has a good signal acquisition function,and is suitable for signal acquisition for drill stem defect by magnetic flux leakage detection.
