摘要
目的观察滋肾四物汤治疗月经过少的临床疗效。方法 60例月经过少患者给予滋肾四物汤治疗,疗程为6个月经周期。结果治疗后总有效率为91.67%;月经量评分由治疗前(5.12±1.65)分降低至(2.35±0.82)分,治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论滋肾四物汤治疗月经过少临床疗效确切。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Zishen Siwu Decoction＂ in the treatment of scanty menstruation. Methods Sixty suhjects were treated with ＂Zishen Siwu Decoction＂ for six menstrual cycles. Results The overall effective rate was 91.67% ; the score for menstrual amount was 5.12 ± 1.65 before treatment and 2.35 ± 0.82 after treatment, with a significant difference between them（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ＂Zishen Siwu Decoction＂ is quite effective for scanty menstruation.
