摘要
目的:探讨血清抗子宫内膜抗体(E MT-Ab)水平在子宫内膜异位症导致不孕患者与正常生育女性的差别。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法分别检测48例子宫内膜异位症患者血清EMT-Ab,并和48例正常健康人作比较。结果:子宫内膜异位症患者血清EMT-Ab阳性率显著高于正常生育组;血清EMAb测定的敏感性及特异性分别为72.91%及100%,子宫内膜异位症导致不孕的患者阳性比率远高于正常人。结论:测定血清EMT-Ab水平对子宫内膜异位症导致不孕的诊断及妊娠率的预测有一定价值。
Objective To cxploro the diagnostic value of changes in serum levels of EMT - Ab in patients with endometriosis. Method Serum level of EMT - Ab was measured with ELISA in 48 paients with endometriosis and 40 healthy controls. Results There was significant diference between positiverate and figure s of EMT - Ab in patients of observation group and healthy eonrols. The sensitivity and specificity of EMT- Ab for cndometriosis were 72. 91% and 100% respectively. Conclusion The determination of serum level of EMT- Ab is helpfu- lin diagnosis of endometriosis and evaluation of its curative effect. The diagnostic value of combined determination of serum levels of EMT - Ab and is much betterind iagnosis of this disease.
