摘要 活塞并联式压缩机组在在商用制冷领域应用广泛,多机并联可实现制冷系统负荷的良好匹配。由于前期缺乏对产品结构的动力学响应定性判断,并联机组在实际使用中会出现铜管断裂等问题,该问题将导致大量制冷剂气体泄漏,从而导致环境污染,经济损失等情况。针对该问题,希望可以通过有限元理论分析在产品设计阶段将问题解决。有限元数值模拟可实现对并联机组的振动情况定性分析,有限元数值模拟分析法是分析解决工程问题快速、行之有效的方法。 Piston compressors unit is applied widely in the field of commercial refrigeration , compressors unit can achieve good matching refrigeration system load .Due to the lack of dynamic response of the structure of product early qualitative judgment , the sets will appear in the actual use of brass fracture problems ,the problem would lead to a large number of refrigerant gas leak , cau-sing environmental pollution,economic losses, and so on.Due to this problem, through the finite element analysis method to ana-lyze the compressors unit , calculate the compressors unit of the inherent frequency and vibration model ,based on this ,the analysis about impact of the compressor excitation vibration on the compressors unit ,and through practical test to determine the cause of the pipeline rupture in the end .
