摘要 目的:研究不同年龄组Tg-SwDI小鼠与同龄野生型(WT)小鼠筑巢行为的差异。方法:将小鼠按基因(Tg—SwDI和WT)和年龄(2~4月龄、10~12月龄、18~20月龄)分为6组,利用固有筑巢材料在群养小鼠家笼中进行集体筑巢行为实验,之后利用纸巾进行个体筑巢实验。结果:基因(F1.31=37.03,P〈0.0001)和年龄因素(F2,31=3.88,P〈0.05)对群体筑巢评分均有影响。Tg-SwDI小鼠与WT小鼠相比,各年龄组均有群体筑巢功能的下降。在个体筑巢实验中,2~4月龄和10~12月龄Tg-SwDI小鼠的个体筑巢功能下降不明显,18-20月龄组有显著变化。方差分析提示显著的基因(F1.135=23.64,P〈0.0001)和年龄(F2,135=15.46,P〈0.0001)影响。结论:Tg-SwDI小鼠可较早出现集体筑巢行为受损,可能反映其早期社交行为改变,与执行功能相关的个体筑巢行为较晚才出现明显下降。 Objective:To investigate the differences in the nesting behaviour between Tg-SwDI transgenic mice and wild-type (WT) mice. Methods: Transgenic Tg-SwDI (Tg) and wild-type (WT) mice have been studied to observe their group nest-building behaviors with chip shavings and individual nest-building behaviors with paper towels. Results: The genotype (FI,31=37.03 ,P〈0.0001 )and age(F2,31=3.88 ,P〈0.05)had effect on the group nest construction, and the same on the individual nest-building. However, there were no significant differences between Tg and WT mice until 18-20 months. Conclusion: The Tg-SwDI transgenic mice showed a worse nest- ing compared to WT mice at the early ages when they were group-housed. Most individually housed mice in each group showed impaired nesting behavior in old age (18-20 months).
