摘要
介绍医院临床科主任绩效考核指标的选择、实施方法和存在问题。认为要处理好临床科主任考核与岗位分析、岗位胜任和持续沟通的关系,并结合研究型中医院的自身特点,科学选定关键考核指标及其量化,完善考核评价体系。
This paper introduces performance assessment indexes,implementation methods and problem among the department directors in Shuguang Hospital.It is believed that performance assessment should consider their position,qualification and effective communication.The assessment indexes and its quantification should be chosen scientifically and assessment system should be improved completely on the basis of Chinese medical hospitals.
